Simon Browne QC was called to the Bar in 1982 and took silk in 2011. He is an experienced advocate recognised by the legal directories as a Leading Silk in a number of practice areas. He has particular expertise in insurance law, catastrophic personal injury cases, industrial disease, police actions, costs litigation, and related areas of practice. With an international practice he has regularly acted in claims concerning both UK and international jurisdictions.
