Robert-Jan Temmink QC was called to the Bar in 1996 and took silk in 2017. He is a talented advocate with a broad commercial practice including aviation, shipping, energy, construction and insurance law. Many of Robert’s cases involve cross-border or other jurisdictional issues both in the UK and overseas. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Registered Arbitrator at EMAC, CIAB, HKIAC, KLRCA and TECBAR. He has appeared in a wide variety of arbitral proceedings under different institutions’ rules and as sole arbitrator in ICC proceedings.
